Job summary

Greenstone Financial Services is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering highly reliable, scalable platforms for CCMS integrations. Focus areas include API-first, event-driven architecture, and omnichannel customer communications across digital, SMS, email and print.

The role partners with Product and tech leadership to set strategy, drive delivery and ensure security, performance and operational excellence. Hands-on leadership may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in software engineering, with 4-5 years in leadership or management roles.
• Strong technical background with hands-on C#, ASP.NET and .NET Core experience.
• Experience designing and building system integrations using REST APIs, events and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers and the business.
• Partner with Product and technology leaders to set direction and drive delivery.
• Ensure platform health, reliability, security and operational excellence.
