Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, automate, and operate cloud-native platforms powering our enterprise tech stack. You will drive containerised services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions for critical business and client-facing services.

You will lead platform modernization efforts, embed secure-by-design principles, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Architecture and Cyber Security

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Platform/DevOps in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Experience delivering cloud-native platform modernization and infrastructure automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support cloud-native platform services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deliver cloud migration, Kubernetes uplift, IaC adoption, and self-service developer platforms.
• Improve platform reliability through observability, monitoring, logging, and automation.
