Job summary

Blinq is seeking an Engineering Lead to shape the technical foundations for its growth. You’ll work across architecture, platform engineering and developer experience to build scalable, reliable systems.

This is a hands-on, deeply technical leadership role where you’ll review code, design solutions and mentor engineers. With a strong platform engineering background, you’ll connect infrastructure decisions to product delivery, improve CI/CD and tooling, and drive AI-enabled practices across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong design and decision-making across systems, services and data.
• Hands-on coding, reviews and prototyping alongside teams.
• Experience applying AI methods to engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and architecture for Blinq platforms.
• Lead squads, resolve cross-team dependencies and drive delivery.
• Guide engineering managers and senior ICs through growth.
• Invest in reliable infrastructure, security, performance and cost.
• Champion AI-enabled engineering and reusable tooling.
