Job summary

Ferrovial Construction seeks an Engineering Information Manager to advance digitalization and standardization of project engineering processes. You will deploy, integrate and support engineering information management systems, while contributing to data analysis and project controls initiatives.

You will build Power BI dashboards, govern information management practices, and collaborate with design and construction teams to improve workflows and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related, or an Associate’s degree in CAD/Engineering Technology or similar.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of experience as ProjectWise Administrator; Bentley PW Admin accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers ProjectWise and Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, configuring environments, workflows, metadata, templates, and deliverables.
• Oversees standards and naming conventions, metadata and quality checks across design and construction stages.
• Configures and maintains ProjectWise Workspace and leads the project Workspace Committee change and approval procedure.
• Defines and enforces the project Information Management Plan across design and construction stages.
• Coordinates the digitalization of submittal plans, deliverable workflows and information exchange.
• Provides first-line user support, troubleshooting and setup instructions.
• Develops user guides and delivers onboarding and training sessions.
