The Data Analytics Manager will lead the digital construction platform strategy for the I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes, together with the DC&DM Reporting Integration Manager, with primary ownership of all digital processes and platforms. This role leads a team and is responsible for the end-to-end flow of project data and the automatization of the processes. The Data Analytics Manager acts as the central point of coordination between all project departments, translating their processes into standardized digital workflows and configuring them in Procore, while providing hands‑on training and support across the project team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and supervise a team covering Procore administration, analytics/dashboards, and process automation, distributing workload and reviewing output.
  • Coordinate day-to-day priorities and platform strategy with the DC&DM Reporting Integration Manager, escalating decisions that require corporate alignment.
  • Mentor and develop the team’s technical skills across Procore, Power BI, and Power Automate, and support their onboarding and growth.
Department Coordination & Process Implementation:
  • Act as the central point of coordination between all project departments to gather, define, and standardize their processes for implementation in Procore and the wider digital toolset, under the strategic direction of the DC&DM Reporting Integration Manager.
  • Lead working sessions with department leads to translate department‑specific requirements into configured Procore tools, permissions, and workflows.
  • Drive consistent adoption of digital processes across departments, aligned with corporate Data Management standards and guidelines.
Project Software Ecosystem – Implementation, Coordination & Support:
  • Procore is the project’s core platform; beyond it, implement, coordinate, and provide hands‑on support across the wider project software map.
  • Ensure integration and smooth data flow between Procore and the broader toolset, finance and ERP, payroll (Workday, Procore Timesheets), document control manage tool (Aconex, Procore PDM, etc…), and automation and AI (Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).
  • Serve as the project point of coordination for these platforms, aligning them into consistent, connected end-to‑end workflows and assisting each department in their use.
Procore Platform Administration & Governance:
  • Act as the project-level administrator and power user of Procore, configuring and maintaining all tools used across the project for all the departments.
Procore Administrator – Project Level:
  • Manage Procore permissions, user roles, templates, and project structure in line with corporate governance standards.
  • Configure and maintain custom tools, fields, forms, and templates to support each department’s specific process needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Procore support, troubleshooting, and escalations on the project.
  • Stay current on new Procore releases and features, evaluating and rolling out relevant updates to the project team.
Procore Analytics & Power BI Dashboards:
  • Expert‑level use of Procore Analytics to build, publish, and maintain real‑time dashboards and reports for project leadership and department stakeholders.
  • Connect Procore data — through Procore Analytics, the Procore Data Connector, and APIs — to Power BI to build advanced dashboards, KPIs, and executive‑level reporting.
  • Develop data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations to turn raw Procore data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Bulk upload, download, and exchange of information into and out of Procore — and for automating department processes through Power Automate and Procore’s native workflow tools.
Process Automation – Power Automate & Procore Workflows:
  • Expert in Microsoft Power Automate: design, build, and maintain automated flows connecting Procore, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks.
  • Configure and optimize Procore’s native workflow engine (approvals, notifications, business process automation) so it works seamlessly alongside Power Automate.
  • Identify manual or repetitive department processes and convert them into automated, end‑to‑end digital workflows.
  • Monitor, test, and continuously improve the reliability of automated flows and Procore workflows.
  • Microsoft 365 & Process Mapping (Visio): Expert‑level proficiency across the full Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Provide ongoing hands‑on support, office hours, and troubleshooting for all project users of Procore and connected tools.
  • Develop user guides, quick‑reference materials, and onboarding documentation for new hires and subcontractors.
Technical Skills:
  • Procore: expert‑level platform administration, configuration, permissions, workflows, Procore Analytics, bulk import/export, API
  • Power BI and Power Automate: dashboarding, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report distribution and workflows.
  • Microsoft 365: Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook (advanced/expert level)
  • Microsoft Visio: process mapping and workflow documentation
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience in civil / heavy‑construction project environments.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a team, ideally in a digital construction / data management function.

  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365, including Visio for process mapping.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and training/facilitation skills across multiple departments.
  • Ability to translate department processes into digital workflows and drive their adoption.
  • In‑depth knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
