Job summary

AustCorp Executive is partnering with an established Australian engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an Engineering & Sales Manager. The role blends engineering leadership with commercial responsibilities, overseeing a team of engineers, drafters and technical sales staff.

You will manage design, manufacturing and project delivery, stay involved in CAD, and help drive growth through tendering, budgets and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with RPEQ registration.
• Experience in design, manufacturing or project delivery.
• Experience supervising technical staff.
• Good commercial understanding, with exposure to estimating or budgeting.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of engineers, drafters and technical sales staff.
• Oversee engineering design, manufacturing and project delivery.
• Stay involved in CAD, design reviews and technical problem-solving.
• Manage estimating, quotations, tenders and project budgets.
