Job summary

Austcorp is partnering with an established Australian engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an Engineering & Sales Manager in Brisbane. You will lead a small technical team, combining engineering leadership with commercial growth and customer engagement.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll oversee design, manufacturing, and project delivery, while actively involved in CAD reviews, budgeting and tenders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with RPEQ registration.
• Experience in design, manufacturing or project delivery.
• Experience supervising technical staff and driving commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, motivated approach.
