Job summary

Positions span Range 1 and Range 2, offering opportunities to mentor staff, contribute to school policies, and support student wellbeing and engagement within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum including literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to plan for and implement high-impact teaching strategies and assess impact on student growth.
• Experience in monitoring/assessing student learning and using data to inform teaching.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to reflection and ongoing professional development in line with Department values.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development, implementation and evaluation.
• Undertake related non-teaching duties as required by the School Principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Support policy development and school priorities through collaboration.
