Job summary

Hedland SHS, part of the Department of Education, seeks a Program Coordinator – Engagement Programs to lead the Success Program, providing wraparound support for wellbeing and academic achievement. You will work with specialist teachers, staff, and the Deputy Principal to deliver differentiated learning programs and pursue meaningful pathways for students, including micro-credentials and work readiness.

• Experience in curriculum development and data-informed planning.
• Strong leadership, organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engagement Programs within the Success Program, collaborating with teachers and support staff.
• Co-design and implement differentiated learning programs with data-informed planning.
• Support planning for student needs and potential pathways into further training or employment.
• Deliver authentic, relevant learning experiences focusing on literacy, numeracy, SEL and work readiness.
