Job summary

Bunbury Senior High School, part of the Department of Education, Western Australia, is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator – Senior School (Year 10-12) to join its high-performing leadership team.

The role leads the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of programs supporting wellbeing, engagement, attendance, behaviour, academic progress and successful post-school transitions, in collaboration with students, families, staff and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in school settings and ability to drive priorities.
• Strong relationship-building with students, families, staff and external partners.
• Ability to develop and monitor data to inform improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of senior school programs (Year 10-12).
• Oversee senior school pathways, careers education, VET and workplace learning.
• Support student wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and transitions to post-school options.
• Translate school business plans into actionable improvement plans for learning areas.
