Job summary

Gotion is expanding its AIDC energy storage business in Australia and building a robust project pipeline. You will identify opportunities with data centre developers, operators and investors, and forge relationships with key customers and industry partners.

The role leads projects from opportunity through to contract award, collaborating with engineering teams to craft practical BESS, UPS, HVDC and renewable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, project development or solution sales within data centres, energy storage, critical power or EPC projects.
• Strong tender management, commercial negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Gotion's AIDC energy storage business and project pipeline in Australia.
• Identify opportunities with data centre developers, operators, investors, EPC contractors and engineering consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Lead projects from early-stage opportunity identification through to tender, negotiation and contract award.
• Coordinate internal teams across sales, engineering, product, project delivery and after-sales.
