Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for our Business Customer Unit based in Perth CBD. You’ll deliver specialist support to business customers, work with sales and support teams, and help ensure a smooth customer experience across billing, contracts and service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a diverse range of technical capabilities in handling customer support tasks; transition between teams to support customers and third-party intermediaries.
• Manage customer interactions from multiple channels, understand and resolve energy issues to support sales and meet needs.
• Support the sales team by processing standard contract and service tasks: billing, metering, deeds of assignments, contract variations, churn requests, NMI merge, and generate reports.
• Organise and optimise task management to meet SLAs.
