AusNet Services Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader, Access & Outage Planning in Melbourne to lead a specialist team responsible for planning, coordinating and facilitating critical electricity network outages.

The role will balance operational priorities, develop team capability and drive continuous improvement within network operations. Based in Melbourne’s CBD, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise work, optimise outages and ensure reliable, safe access to the electricity

Qualifications

Experience leading outage planning teams in electricity networks.
Knowledge of outage planning processes and safety practices.
Ability to balance priorities and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Lead, coach and develop a team of outage planning professionals, building capability and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
Coordinate planned network outages to ensure safe access to the electricity network while minimising impacts on customers, costs and reliability outcomes.
Partner with Network Planning, Engineering, Control Room and project teams to prioritise work and deliver operational outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Drive process improvement, technology adoption and the ongoing optimisation of operational systems including ADMS and related planning tools.
