AusNet Services Ltd is seeking a Principal Engineer Network Planning based in Victoria. You will lead, innovate, plan and deliver economic and strategic solutions for AusNet’s distribution network serving 802,000 customers.

You will develop planning processes, prepare business cases, and coordinate regulatory tests and price resets. A hybrid office/WFH arrangement is offered from Southbank within the Distribution Network Strategy & Planning team.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in electricity network planning and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of National Electricity Rules and energy markets.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic planning processes for network capabilities and future needs.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and economic/strategic studies.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders (DEECA, AEMO, AER) for network planning inputs.
