Goodman Australia is seeking an energetic Manager, Energy Assets and Solutions to drive operation and performance of solar, battery storage, EV charging and metering across its national portfolio. You will lead safety, efficiency, and compliance while collaborating with service providers, retailers, property teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operational solar and EV charging assets across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and energy management principles.
• Knowledge of renewable energy compliance and reporting frameworks.
• Experience with energy retailers, metering providers and data.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Manage operation and performance of solar, BESS, EV charging and metering assets across the portfolio.
• Oversee maintenance providers, service agreements and asset performance.
• Support energy procurement activities and retailer engagement.
• Manage solar registrations and renewable energy certificate requirements.
• Analyse energy and environmental data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Deliver reporting, dashboards and insights for decision-making.
• Advise on customer energy opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support sustainability reporting and compliance obligations.
• Investigate incidents and emerging risks.
• Scope future initiatives including battery storage and microgrid opportunities.
