Job summary

Potentia Energy, a leading renewable energy company in Australia, is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee performance, operations and maintenance across a diverse portfolio of solar, wind and storage assets. You will act as owner representative, drive optimization, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.

You will lead budgets and forecasts, monitor financial performance, and contribute to strategic asset value optimization.

Qualifications

• Must have ownership of operational, technical or commercial outcomes within asset-intensive environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with autonomy.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers or operational stakeholders.
• Experience solving complex operational, technical or performance-related issues.
• Experience contributing to budgets, forecasts, or financial performance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner representative for utility-scale renewable energy assets and manage performance against objectives.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and variance management for operating assets.
• Coordinate with O&M contractors and service providers and monitor KPI performance.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor expenditure and asset financial performance.
• Prepare monthly asset management reports and performance updates.
