Job summary

Mineral Resources is seeking an energetic Organisational Development Specialist to join its People team in Western Australia. The role focuses on developing leadership capability across the business, delivering bespoke workshops and practical OD solutions in a mining environment.

You will design, develop and continually improve leadership and capability programs, engaging with frontline and senior leaders, traveling to operational sites as required to bring programs to life.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, leadership development, learning & development or a similar field.
• Strong experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
• Strong program design capability, turning ideas into compelling leadership programs.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate leadership concepts into practical behaviours and tools.
• Experience in Mining, construction and/or heavy industry across dispersed workforces.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging leadership and development programs for leaders across the organisation.
• Work with frontline supervisors, operational leaders and senior leaders to build leadership capability.
• Design and develop leadership programs that are practical, relevant and tailored to MinRes and the industry.
• Create engaging workshops, facilitator guides, participant resources and learning experiences.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, team development sessions and other capability initiatives.
• Continuously improve leadership programs using participant feedback and business insights.
• Work with the People & Culture team on leadership, talent, culture and capability initiatives.
• Travel to operational sites when required to deliver programs and connect with leaders where the work happens.
