Bentley’s Cafe on the Gold Coast is seeking an Experienced Cafe Manager/ Barista to lead our busy team with energy and a love for hospitality.

You will bring barista skills, light meal preparation, strong customer service, and a pride in cleanliness. Must have completed a food safety training course and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Day shifts with early starts, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow in a growing café environment are on offer.

Formación

• Extensive barista experience in a busy cafe.
• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.
