Olympus in Victoria is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist – EndoTherapy to drive growth across a specialist portfolio of medical device consumables. Reporting to the National Sales Manager – EndoTherapy, you will expand territory and maximise sales and gross profit.

You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, develop new business, manage key accounts and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or consumables.
• Proven ability to develop a territory, manage accounts and win new business.
• Medical background and/or professional selling skills preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities.
• Autonomy with collaborative team contribution.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsabilités

• Achieving sales and gross profit targets across the territory.
• Growing medical device consumable sales through account management and new business development.
