The Arnott's Group is seeking an End User Technology Manager to lead the Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace strategy across ANZ & Asia. You will govern tenant and services, collaborate with partners, and drive transformation initiatives including Intune, Autopilot and cloud identity modernization.
You will work with internal teams and managed service providers to ensure enterprise-grade delivery and a seamless employee experience across the region.
At The Arnott's Group, we're investing in modern workplace technology to create better employee experiences, improve productivity and build a more connected, secure and future-ready business.
We're looking for a End User Technology Manager to lead the strategy, governance, delivery and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace ecosystem across ANZ & Asia.
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Operations, this newly created role forms part of a broader technology operating model transformation. You'll have end-to-end accountability for the Microsoft 365 tenant and Modern Workplace platforms, spanning collaboration, identity and endpoint management across the region. Leading internal specialists and managed service partners, you'll establish the governance, standards and service ownership required to continuously improve these services at enterprise scale.
This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional support and operations, taking ownership of a critical technology capability and shaping how Modern Workplace Services evolve across the business.
You'll drive best practice implementation across our Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace ecosystem, and lead key transformation initiatives including Microsoft 365 service optimisation, co-managed device migration to Intune, Autopilot deployment, cloud identity modernisation, device lifecycle transformation, endpoint standardisation, workplace experience enhancements and service management uplift.
You're curious, commercially minded and confident leading people, technology and change.
You understand that successful workplace technology is about more than devices and systems. It's about creating a seamless employee experience, building strong partnerships and making technology simpler, smarter and more effective for the business.
You're comfortable operating across technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners. You naturally take ownership, build relationships and look for opportunities to improve processes rather than simply maintaining them.
At The Arnott's Group, our purpose is simple: Create Delicious Moments. We're building a technology function that is increasingly strategic, customer-focused and commercially minded. This role is critical in helping us modernise workplace technology, strengthen service delivery and improve the employee experience across the organisation.
If you're passionate about workplace technology, leading people and driving meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you.
