Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is undergoing a workplace-technology transformation and seeks an End User Technology Manager to own the Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace strategy across ANZ and Asia. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Operations, you will lead governance, delivery and continuous improvement of the tenant, identity and endpoint management.

You will manage internal teams and MSP partners, drive service optimisation, device migration to Intune, Autopilot deployment, cloud identity

Qualifications

Experience across Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace environments.
Experience establishing governance and standards across Microsoft 365.
Experience applying IT Service Management and Identity & Access Management principles in enterprise environments.
Experience leading transformation initiatives and operational service delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and support your team with clear ownership for outcomes.
Manage service providers and strategic partners to drive performance and value.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across People & Culture, Cyber Security, and IT teams.
Deliver transformation initiatives while maintaining reliable day-to-day services.
