Job summary

Strategic Partners Australia Pty seeks an End User Computing Technical Officer (APS3) to support a Federal Government client in Canberra. The role focuses on secure endpoint management, device enrollment, and identity services using Intune and Entra ID.

The position involves designing and administering Android devices, enforcing policies, and troubleshooting complex issues. It is a 2-year contract with an on-site work arrangement and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in a similar role with hands-on responsibility for Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage a fleet of Android devices using Microsoft Intune MDM.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access and device identity management.
• Manage Azure services underpinning Intune and Entra ID, plus secure connectivity components.
• Configure and manage application protection policies, device compliance, and endpoint security controls in Intune.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint devices.
• Record and maintain documentation and procedures per department governance.
