Job summary

Ecommerce Equation Group (partnering with Hatch) seeks a Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for two fast-growing brands. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, drive sourcing for ecommerce and digital marketing roles, and help scale hiring across the group.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in recruitment within performance marketing, ecommerce, or digital spaces, and are comfortable advising senior managers while maintaining high confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as specialist recruiter in performance marketing, digital marketing, or ecommerce, or experience in ecommerce/digital role with stakeholder management.
• Confidence with senior hiring managers and strong judgment.
• Confidentiality and professionalism handling sensitive information.
• Autonomous working style with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Understanding of ecommerce/digital marketing business models.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build targeted pipelines for performance marketing, ecommerce, and digital roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Manage requisitions and candidate pipelines in the ATS, keeping data accurate and current.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role scoping, market realities, and candidate assessment.
