Georgiou is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and support recruitment across our NSW business. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand teams, projects and future resourcing needs.

You’ll use proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, SEEK and networks, build strong candidate and stakeholder relationships, and drive improvements in sourcing and employer brand. NSW focus with collaboration across states.

• Solid foundation in recruitment or talent acquisition; ready for greater ownership and impact.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the NSW business, collaborating with hiring managers to understand teams and future resourcing needs.
• Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn, SEEK, direct approaches and networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and support workforce planning to stay ahead of capability needs.
• Provide practical recruitment advice, market insight, and clear communication throughout the process.
• Create targeted advertising and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience with strong follow‑through.
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing, employer brand, and recruitment processes.
