Georgiou is looking for a proactive, confident and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and support recruitment across our NSW business.

This hands-on role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. You’ll own your portfolio, explore new channels, and help shape our candidate experience within the civil infrastructure industry.

Competenze

• Solid foundation in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Ability to take ownership and develop recruitment capability
• Comfort with proactive sourcing and engaging candidates
• Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and teams

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across NSW, from brief to offer and onboarding
• Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and networks
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support workforce planning
• Partner with hiring managers, provide market insights and regular communication
• Create targeted ads and deliver a high-quality candidate experience with strong follow-up
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment processes
