MSS Security is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team, supporting recruitment across our largest client contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and is eager to learn and contribute from day one.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, plan activity around workforce needs, and partner with hiring managers to prioritise vacancies across multiple sites.

Formación

• Experience supporting recruitment across a large client contract.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple vacancies and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across MSS Security’s largest client contract.
• Proactively plan recruitment activity to anticipate vacancies.
• Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet workforce requirements.
• Actively source candidates and build talent pipelines regionally.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritise vacancies and meet operational needs.
