End-to-End Remediation Specialist (Finance)

Job summary

AMP is seeking a Remediation Specialist to own the design and delivery of end-to-end remediation solutions for incidents within the Platforms business. You will build robust financial models using historical data and client information to ensure evidence-based outcomes that comply with policy and regulatory expectations.

You will lead remediation from problem assessment through to compensation calculations, governance, and approval, coordinating with risk, tax, legal, and customer advocacy

Qualifications

• Experience in remediation activities and/or financial calculations.
• Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end management of large, complex programmes or projects.
• Experience managing concurrent workstreams across multiple projects (3–5 at a time).

Responsibilities

• Develop incident closure and client remediation solutions, including financial compensation methodologies and models using historical financial, unit pricing and client data.
• Support delivery of remediation solutions with required sign-offs from Business or Risk Event Owner, Tax, Legal, Risk and Customer Advocate functions.
• Collaborate with Incident Specialists and Risk Event Owners to develop remediation delivery plans and communicate milestones and risks to senior leadership.
• Develop remediation solutions that comply with AMP’s Compensation and Remediation policy and applicable industry regulations.
• Ensure all processes and decisions are documented and stored to support audits.
• Apply high-quality data analysis to support accurate, fair remediation outcomes for clients.
