White Fox, a Sydney-based fashion brand, seeks an experienced Garment Technician to support our Design & Production team across the full range. The role focuses on transitioning concepts to samples and developing Tech Packs for sample development.

You will measure garments, comment on finishes, and lead fit meetings with offshore factories while coordinating with suppliers in China to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role within fast fashion.
• Tertiary education in Design, Pattern Making and Grading.
• Strong awareness of trends and fit sessions.
• Proficient in Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Tech packs and garment specs knowledge essential.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Design & Production to move concepts to final samples, reporting to Design & Production Manager.
• Create initial Tech Packs with design for sample development.
• Measure garments and comment on finishes for sampling.
• Conduct fit meetings and communicate comments to offshore factories.
• Liaise with suppliers in China on re-fits, fabrics, finishes and grading.
• Coordinate with Production to meet timelines and critical paths.
