Job summary

Elders is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in Australia. You will deliver accurate and timely payroll services across Elders' national workforce, including our Real Estate network, combining payroll expertise with strong customer focus to support employees and stakeholders.

You will work with a collaborative team to ensure payroll processes run smoothly, drive accurate outcomes and contribute to the ongoing success of our people and business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within payroll, with a proven ability to deliver accurate and timely payroll services, with real estate experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with preparing and processing end-to-end fortnightly payrolls.
• Assisting with the preparation, administration and remittance of all statutory requirements.
• Ensuring payroll practices are compliant and company policy, awards, employment agreements and legislation are applied correctly.
• Actioning requests and queries within agreed timelines.
• Maintaining electronic employee files and records.
• Building strong relationships.
• Creating, streamlining and driving efficiencies.
