Arkeus in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Payroll Administrator to own the end-to-end payroll cycle, maintain reliable employee records and ensure compliance with Australian payroll, tax and employment requirements.

You will report to the Senior Accountant and VP Finance, partnering with People managers and the Finance team to process payroll, administer superannuation, reconcile accounts and support month- and year-end reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years payroll administration experience.
• Solid understanding of PAYG withholding, STP, superannuation, leave and awards/agreements.
• Experience with payroll systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end payroll processing and employee administration.
• Maintain accurate records, bank details, tax declarations and supporting docs.
• Ensure statutory compliance and reconcile payroll against GL and bank statements.
• Collaborate with Finance and People & Culture and external providers.
