Creature Consulting Pty Ltd T/A Payroll Experts Australia is seeking an experienced Payroll Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will run end-to-end payroll for multiple clients and ensure compliant, accurate processing across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles.

With three years in payroll, you will stay current on legislation, manage records in Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP or Employment Hero, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in payroll operations.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, compliance obligations and best practice.
• Experience with payroll systems and updates.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Experience with Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP or Employment Hero is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end payroll for clients across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles.
• Ensure timely compliance with payroll-related tax filings and regulations and manage deductions, benefits and garnishments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice.
• Interpret and apply awards and regulatory requirements with accuracy.
• Perform reconciliations, compliance reviews and exception analysis to protect payroll integrity.
• Manage payroll records across payroll systems and keep documentation current.
• Provide reporting and documentation aligned to best practice and advise on process improvements.
