Job summary

Presbyterian Ladies' College Melbourne in Melbourne's leafy east is seeking a Payroll Officer for a full-time, permanent role. You will deliver end-to-end payroll support for fortnightly and monthly payruns, working with an experienced Payroll Administrator to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will bring a qualification in Payroll/Finance and at least 5 years' experience in education payroll, with knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and modern awards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior payroll specialist in education or similar.
• Relevant qualification in Payroll, Finance or similar field.
• Knowledge of EBA/Modern Awards and accurate payroll calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end payroll support for fortnightly and monthly payruns.
• Collaborate with Payroll Administrator and BI/Business Office teams.
• Interpret awards and payroll rules and deliver accurate insights to stakeholders.
