Job summary

You will leverage Chris21 and related payroll systems, ensure compliance with awards and legislation, and provide support to the payroll team during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Proven high-volume payroll processing capability.
• Familiarity with payroll systems.
• Basic proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work at the Adelaide office, standard hours (8am to 5pm).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for a large workforce.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage payroll enquiries from employees and internal stakeholders.
• Process leave, allowances, terminations and payroll adjustments.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant awards, legislation and company policies.
• Support the wider payroll team during a busy period.
