Job summary

VERVE Fitness Pty Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own Meta and Google ads, build ads, and steer weekly decisions on scaling or cutting spend. You’ll manage AU campaigns and, by February 2027, US initiatives, reporting to Growth leadership.

You’ll craft end-to-end campaigns with the Performance Creative Lead and external agency support. The role requires 2+ years managing real budgets across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, plus funnel-building and on-site work at Upper

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on running real budgets in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Built funnels and landing pages, not just boosted posts.
• End-to-end ad creation: cut a vertical video, write the hook and copy, design a static, using AI tools where they beat doing it by hand.
• You think in tests: audiences, angles and creative, structured and measured.
• Able to work on site at Upper Coomera.

Responsibilities

• Own every Meta and Google ad account for AU now and US from February 2027: strategy, structure, builds, budgets and optimisation.
• Own the B2B lead campaigns feeding a seven-figure commercial pipeline and the creative testing pipeline.
• Turn briefs into ads with variants, copy and visuals; coordinate with the Google agency.
• Iterate based on performance data and written recommendations within 90 days.
