Job summary

NEC Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee major IT infrastructure initiatives from Perth. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage complex workstreams, and deliver value for customers while upholding NEC's standards in technology and service delivery.

The role requires delivering medium to large projects with strong communication, costing, and risk management skills, across diverse partner and customer environments.

Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery of medium to large IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting to executives and clients.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks, changes and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Takes full ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
• Prepares and maintains realistic project and quality plans with updates to stakeholders.
• Engages with stakeholders to ensure objectives are understood and met.
• Maintains open communication to identify issues and provide actionable reports.
• Leads the project team and addresses performance deviations.
• Encourages stakeholder collaboration and manages changes in services or systems.
• Identifies risks, quantifies impact, and documents mitigation strategies.
• Coordinates contingency plans and countermeasures for risks.
• Manages project budgets and prepares financial status reports for leadership.
