Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager/Consultant to deliver mid-scale capital works, fitouts and refurbishments across diverse sectors. You will report to the National Director and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project management, schedule and budget control, and collaboration with a high-performing team.

Competenze

• Degree in PM, CM or Building Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Mansioni

• Manage projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Support procurement and contract administration activities.
• Monitor project performance, risks and compliance requirements.
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Manage stakeholder communication across clients and project teams.
• Support business development submissions and client presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project reviews.
