GT Insurance, backed by Allianz Australia, invites applications for a claims team role in Melbourne. You will support brokers and manage end-to-end claims to deliver best-practice customer experience in a hybrid setup.

Reporting to the Claim Team Leader, you will process reserves and payments, maintain SLAs, and keep customers informed, while adhering to regulations and company policies. This role emphasizes collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the insurance claims industry with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.
• Takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
• A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate the end-to-end claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments, within authority levels and according to SLAs.
• Ensuring the customer is kept informed of progress while negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Provide prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups.
