• Practical knowledge of a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques
• Thorough understanding of the complete project management lifecycle and solution design
• Strong commercial acumen, including development of business relationships resulting in the delivery of cost-effective solutions
• Experience working in matrix Organization structure
• Exposure to Business Process Re-engineering
• Exposure to core competency development
• Exposure to the capture and transfer of relevant knowledge within a BA practice resourcing environment
• Experience working with outsource vendors
• Proven ability to prioritise and manage a substantial workload
• Experience in Telecommunications environment highly desirable
• Experience in developing Centre of Excellence
• Experience in Agile methods and tools
• Experience in developing use case documentation
• Experience in DOORS and other requirements management tools.
