Altitude Recruitment is partnering with a well-established consumer electronics and technology business to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team. This hands-on role owns the end-to-end AP function in a fast-paced environment and emphasizes accuracy and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accounts payable role, ideally within a product-based, wholesale, or import-driven business.
• Ability to manage high-volume, high-dollar value transactions.
• Exposure to overseas suppliers, trade finance or foreign exchange is highly regarded.
• SAP or ProSpend experience is a plus.
• Self-starter who takes real ownership.
• Works well independently but also collaborates with an offshore team.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process for overseas and local invoices after initial entry.
• Reconcile purchase orders against supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Work across trade finance, foreign exchange and landed cost considerations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements across multiple entities.
• Ensure supplier payments are accurate and processed on time, including urgent local and international payments.
• Collaborate with offshore team handling initial entry while owning complex processing locally.
• Utilize SAP and ProSpend for entry, approval and reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end processing and ad hoc CFO/AP Manager requests.
