Job summary

Atlas Partners is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable specialist to own end-to-end AP for a high-volume international supplier base. You will reconcile statements, process invoices and currency payments, and reduce single-person dependency on payments.

You’ll collaborate with finance transformation and AI teams to improve controls and automate processes while working remotely from anywhere in Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AP experience in a high-volume business, including ownership of the end-to-end process.
• Cross-border supplier experience — foreign currency invoices and payments, FX and international payment controls.
• Hands-on experience in a large-scale ERP (NetSuite, SAP or similar).
• A track record of improving AP processes and controls; you know what good looks like and can build it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile supplier statements generated from the company’s platform.
• Process invoices and manage payment runs, including foreign currency payments.
• Act as the main contact for suppliers on statements, queries and discrepancies.
• Document AP processes and tighten payment controls.
• Remove single-person dependency on payments and support automation initiatives.
