Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Wetherill Park is hiring an Employment Development Officer (EDO) to support people with disability through hands-on training and office administration. You will guide new employees through the application and onboarding phase and help gather initial production competency levels for wage assessments after 12 weeks.

You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Site Manager to attract suitable staff, update skill profiles, and provide learning journeys.

Responsibilities

• Guide new supported employees through the application and onboarding process.
• Gather initial production competency levels to assist wage assessments after the first 12 weeks of employment.
• Deliver training related to wage assessment for DSP staff.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Site Manager to attract and recruit suitable supported employees.
• Update skill profiles for new clients and learning journeys.
• Provide on-the-job training and ongoing support to staff.
