Queensland Government Disability Services in Toowoomba is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to help participants with intellectual disabilities live as independently as possible. You will support emotional, social, financial, and physical well-being to help them live their best lives.

Qualifications

Must commit to the full two-week Induction process from 16/11/26 to 27/11/26 and work a roster.
Must have Certificate III Individual Support and be able to work with and support participants with high and complex support needs.

Responsibilities

Perform daily household tasks with participants, including meals, cleaning, shopping, laundry, and light garden activities.
Assist participants to maintain relationships with family, friends, and advocates integral to daily living.
Support participants in personal and health care, including medication administration and health needs.
