You will work as Residential Care Officers, offering personal care, meal support, and help with daily tasks, while fostering relationships with families and carers. Flexible shifts, paid induction, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support is desirable.
• Ability to work with participants, families and carers.
• Demonstrated initiative and reliability in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily household tasks with participants, including meals, cleaning and laundry.
• Support participants to maintain relationships with family and advocates.
• Assist with personal care and health needs, including medication where permitted.
