Job summary
Endeavour Foundation in Innisfail, Qld is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will assist people with disabilities in daily living, skills development, and community participation, across a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) advantageous.
- Experience in SIL or supporting people with complex disabilities highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, mornings, weekends and sleepovers with penalty rates.
- Able to meet physical requirements; some manual handling may be involved.
- Commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
- Good computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Hold or willing to obtain Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR, and an open Driver's Licence with comprehensive insurance.
Responsibilities
- Support SIL residents with daily living goals and independence.
- Assist with personal care where required to meet individual needs.
- Support meal planning, cooking, light cleaning and social outings.
- Facilitate community connections and accompany clients to appointments.
- Maintain connections with family, friends and services.
