You’ll collaborate with families, support networks and professionals, adapt to varied shifts, and participate in ongoing training to grow skills while delivering high-quality, respectful support daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in behaviour support.
• Ability to read and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Strong emotional intelligence and an empathetic approach.
• Ability to work with the client and their support network.
• Flexibility and resilience in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with complex support needs.
• Implement safe infection control, identify risks and work within role.
• Assist with transport, personal care, and daily tasks.
• Read and implement complex support plans.
