The role involves assisting with personal care, transport, and community access, while applying trauma-informed practices and risk awareness to provide meaningful support. You will work with individuals who have complex support needs in varied settings.

Qualificações

• Experience in mental health, community services.
• Ability to work with individuals with psychosocial disability.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Support with transport to appointments and community access.
• Implement recovery‑oriented practices with a community and non‑clinical approach.
• Identify risks and report to our support office team.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
