Job summary

MEGT in Melton is seeking an Employment Services Consultant to deliver the Workforce Australia contract and support participants toward work or training. You’ll manage caseloads, conduct assessments, provide 1:1 coaching and group workshops, and engage employers to create job pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Services or similar regulated environment is highly valued.
• Ability to manage caseloads, assess barriers and develop job plans.
• Demonstrated success working to KPIs and performance targets.
• High digital literacy with strong attention to detail and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and build strong relationships.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored Job Plans.
• Deliver 1:1 coaching, group workshops and referrals.
• Source vacancies through employer engagement and outreach.
• Support employers with recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Provide post-placement in-work support and monitor obligations.
• Maintain accurate records and meet contractual KPIs.
