Job summary

Melbourne City Mission is seeking an Employment Support Consultant to work within the Inclusive Employment program in Victoria. The role centers on client engagement, capacity building and job preparation support, delivering tailored services to people with disability, injury, or health conditions.

Based in Melbourne, you will provide ongoing case management, coordinate with local providers, and help clients navigate barriers to employment with empathy and a solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to engage clients and build rapport.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in case management and client support in a community service setting.

Responsibilities

• Focus on client engagement and capacity building to support employment goals.
• Provide ongoing case management within the Intensive Services Stream.
• Support clients with job preparation and job search activities.
