MatchWorks is seeking an Employment Coach to join our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team. Based in Australia, you will help connect job seekers with meaningful opportunities, build personalised career plans, and coordinate training and supports to enable long-term success.

You’ll work to match participants with appropriate roles, develop plans, and build relationships with local employers and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build local networks with employers and community partners.

Responsibilities

As an Employment Coach in our team you’ll:

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

• Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
