MatchWorks is seeking a dedicated Employment Coach to join our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team. You will help connect job seekers with meaningful roles by understanding their strengths, creating personalised career plans and linking them to training and supports for long-term success.

As part of a supportive, community-focused environment, you will build relationships with employers and local networks to expand opportunities for participants and deliver positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate will be supported through the process.

Responsibilities
